Meet Martin Saxon
CEO & Founder
As the founder of Concept Jumeirah, I bring over two decades of experience in real estate investment and development across the UK and Middle East. Throughout my career, I’ve managed and advised on projects with a combined value exceeding $10 billion, spanning residential, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors.
I’ve held leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected institutions, including HSBC PLC in London, where I worked within asset management, and EMAAR Properties PJSC in Dubai, where I served as Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate. I also led an investment office for a major Abu Dhabi government agency and currently manage a private investment vehicle for a prominent UAE family office. Earlier in my career, I advised private clients and investors in London’s prime property market on acquisition, redevelopment, and value creation.
I believe property is more than structures or transactions, it’s about creating spaces that elevate lifestyle, preserve value, and inspire those who live within them. I hold a B.Sc. (Hons) from Leeds University and am a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Director
With over two decades of experience in interior design and property development across the UK and UAE, I bring a rare combination of creative vision and commercial insight to every project I undertake. My work is defined by a deep commitment to craftsmanship, functionality, and timeless design — ensuring that each space not only looks exceptional but performs beautifully for its intended purpose.
Throughout my career, I’ve held key roles with Cream & Brown in the UK, where I honed my expertise in residential and commercial interiors, managing projects that balanced luxury with practicality. In the UAE, I’ve designed and furnished an extensive portfolio of high-end developments and bespoke projects, earning a reputation for my meticulous attention to detail and strategic design approach.
In addition to my design practice, I’m also a passionate property investor and flipper with a proven track record of identifying and transforming undervalued properties into market-leading assets. My dual focus on design excellence and return on investment allows me to deliver projects that are both visually inspiring and financially successful.
I continue to stay at the forefront of industry trends, drawing on my international experience to bring innovative and culturally informed perspectives to every project I work on.
Meet Rosemarie Saxon
Director
With extensive experience across the UK and UAE, I am a dedicated interior & spatial designer, project manager, and property developer. My career has spanned residential, retail, and new-build developments, where I combine creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
I’ve had the privilege of holding senior roles with Saxon Space and Blok Properties, managing a diverse portfolio that includes luxury residential refurbishments, bespoke retail fit-outs, and architectural new builds — including my own award-winning self-build home. Each project I take on is guided by my belief in balancing innovation with functionality, ensuring that every design feels both purposeful and enduring.
As a Director, I lead complex projects from concept through to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with my clients’ objectives and our company’s standards of excellence. My broad background in design and project management enables me to evaluate opportunities, manage budgets, and deliver outcomes that are both visually exceptional and commercially sound.
